Under Article. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 "Code concerning the protection of personal data", Mercitalia ("Company"), announces that the personal data ("Data") required the interested ("Subject") for the release of the user on the Portal of the Logistics Group Mercitalia ("Portal") will be used for the purposes strictly necessary and connected to the Service, and for the following purposes:

• Execution of legal obligations.
• Needs of operational and management within the Company.
• Exercise every action (judicial or extrajudicial) to protect the interests of the Company.

Regarding the method of treatment, it should be noted that the data of the individual concerned will be processed using manual and data to ensure appropriate security measures and confidentiality, and will be kept for as long as necessary and instrumental to the achievement of the objectives above.
